Initial Visit

You will be greeted by one of our two office managers Julie or Karen upon your arrival.  After filling out basic paperwork at your first visit you will receive a comprehensive evaluation.  This will include a periodontal (gum) exam, smile analysis, bite evaluation, oral cancer exam and cavity check using a 100% painless laser cavity machine (Diagnodent).  With your input Dr. Shore will develop a plan for addressing all of your concerns. If scheduled a cleaning will also be done.

 Also, expect to have some fun!

 

For Veneers Visits

In the first of two visits for veneers, a preoperative mold will be taken to assist us with the fabrication of temporary veneers. The temporary veneers will be worn for two weeks until the second visit. If needed, the teeth will recontoured to allow room for the future veneers.  Then another mold is taken and sent to one of the world's finest dental laboratories to compose the permanent veneers.  The temporaries are then cemented.

At the second visit the temporaries are removed and the actual veneers are cemented!
